Remove old wallpaper. Wall must be dry, clean, sound, and lightly absorbent. Fill cracks. Pre-paste highly absorbent surfaces if needed. Mix the pack into cold water per the pack table, stir again after about five minutes, apply evenly to the wall, then hang dry wallpaper. Do not leave mixed paste standing for long periods. Keep dry and out of reach of children.
